§1 General Provisions
This document sets out the rules for storing and accessing information on the User's device using Cookies, as well as the rules for processing and protecting personal data by the Administrator through this website (the "Service"). §2 Definitions
Administrator – Pozniak.GRO.UP Ihor Pozniak. Cookies – small text files saved on the User's device. Device – electronic device used by the User to access the Service. Personal Data – information enabling identification of a natural person. User – any natural person using the Service. Processing – any operation performed on personal data. Processor – an entity processing personal data on behalf of the Administrator.
§3 Scope and Purpose of Data Processing
Personal data is processed for the purposes of: responding to inquiries and preparing quotations, concluding and performing contracts, ensuring the proper functioning of the Service, and recruitment. The scope of data may include: first and last name, company name, address, email, phone number, and IP address / Cookies.
§4 Legal Basis for Processing
Data is processed on the basis of: the User's consent, the necessity to perform a contract, a legal obligation, or the Administrator's legitimate interest.
§5 Data Retention Period
Data will be stored until the legal basis for its processing ceases to apply, or longer if required by law (e.g. accounting and tax regulations).

Providing data is voluntary but necessary to use the services offered through the Service, including responding to inquiries and preparing quotations.

§11 Data Security
The Administrator applies technical and organizational measures compliant with GDPR, including encryption, server security, backups and security audits, to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.
§12 Final Provisions
In matters not covered by this Privacy Policy, the provisions of GDPR and Polish law shall apply. The Administrator may update this policy from time to time; any changes will be published on this page.
