§1 General Provisions

This Cookie Policy sets out the rules for storing and accessing information on the User's Device using Cookies, in accordance with Article 173 of the Polish Telecommunications Law (Ustawa Prawo telekomunikacyjne) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). §2 Definitions

Cookies – small text files saved and stored on the User's Device when using the Service. Device – a computer, telephone, tablet or other equipment through which the User accesses the Service. Administrator – Pozniak.GRO.UP Ihor Pozniak. Consent – a voluntary, specific, informed and unambiguous indication of the User's wishes, expressed via browser settings or a cookie banner.

§3 Types of Cookies Used

The Administrator may use third-party services that place their own Cookies on the User's Device, in particular analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) and content delivery / performance tools. These third parties process data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

The User can change or withdraw consent, as well as manage, delete and block Cookies, at any time through their browser settings. Session Cookies are stored only for the duration of the browser session and are deleted once it is closed. Persistent Cookies are stored on the User's Device for the period specified in the given Cookie (typically from a few days up to 24 months) or until deleted manually by the User.

In connection with the use of Cookies that involve the processing of personal data (e.g. analytics identifiers), the User has the rights described in the Privacy Policy, in particular the right to access, rectify, delete or restrict the processing of data, the right to object, and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.

The Administrator may update this Cookie Policy from time to time, in particular to reflect changes in the law or the technologies used. Any changes will be published on this page together with an updated revision date.
